Sugar Creek
Course:
Events for Recreational paddlers will start at Elston Park (in Crawfordsville) and finish at Trailhead Park. A distance of 4 miles. Registration will be from 9 to 10. Races will start at l0:30. Adults $l0 and youth l7 and under on the first of the year $5.
Recreational Events: Adults- C-2 men; C-2 women; C-2 mixed; K-l men; K-l women. Youth- C-2 boys; C-2 girls; C-2 mixed; K-l boys; K-l girls.
Events for USCA paddlers will start at Trailhead Park and finish at Deere's Mill. A distance of l2 miles. Excellent water and beautiful scenery.
Registration will end at l:00 PM. Races will start at l:30PM. Adults $20 and youth l7 and under on the first of the year $5.
USCA Events: C-l men; C-2 men; C-2 mixed; C-2 women; C-2 aluminum; Kl Downriver men; K-l Downriver women; K-1 Open men; K-1 Open women; K-l Sea Kayak men; K-l Sea Kayak women.
Race officials have final say on classes in which boats will run. All boats must carry one life jacket per person and one whistle per boat. All youth will wear life jackets. If water conditions so warrant all adults will also wear life jackets. All participants must sign an insurance waiver and all youth must have a parent consent form signed.
