Indiana state Paddler of the Year trophy

The Heinz Wahl Memorial: Paddler of the Year award is given
out annually by the Indiana Division at the winter meeting. We thank each
of these members for their individual contributions to continuing the excellence
of our organization. The recipients of this award possess the following
attributes:
#1 Actively involved with the status of canoeing in Indiana.
#2 Promote the sport of canoeing both on and off the water.
#3 Development and mentoring of new paddlers to keep the sport alive
with new blood.
#4 Volunteering time to the promotion of events and special activities
of the sport.
#5 Dedicated to the excellence in the sport of canoeing.
